Best Friends Roadhouse and Mercantile

Wonderful place to stay, including the best friends animal sanctuary. We will be back many times lovely place, and loving place for the animals.

The rooms were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable the bed was great not too soft. The dog bed that pulled out from end of bed was great for my old dog. Quiet place and very close to the rescue.very close to shops. Pet friendly.checking in and out was a breeze.

We frequently travel with our two whippets. The Roadhouse was uniquely pet focused. Had two fenced areas where our girls could go. Wonderful room with pet features as well as a kitchen. Kanab was a nice little town with surprisingly good restaurants ( at least the two we ate at). And of course the main reason we were there was to hike. Many great trails nearby.

Most amazing place ever, we love it and so does our dog hank. The people are wonderful and they are so accommodating to pets. Beautiful setting, great restaurants locally, lots of things to do... couldn't be better!

This is the most wonderful small hotel ever, particularly for pet owners. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really roll out the red carpet for your pets. The pull-out dog beds under every bed, and the drinking fountains low to the ground, are special touches. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and wonderfully appointed. There is a small mercantile that sells wonderful animal-related merchandise and that has breakfast and snacks. Walking distance to some really wonderful restaurants and coffee shops, too. Very convenient for those visiting Zion, Bryce, Coral Sands and many other wonderful spots. We can't wait to go back!

Finally had the opportunity to visit and volunteer after bring a supporter for over 20 years. I had a cabin which was perfect for a solo traveler. Nice amenities, a patio outside, small kitchen, and of course a fantastic setting. Also dog friendly though i wasnt able to bring my pooch. Close to town for restaurants and groceries. Highly recommend!

What and amazing stay. Dog friendly to the ninja. They even have pull out beds, in the room, for your friend. Breakfast included with plenty of Vegan and Gluten Free options.

I was overwhelmed with the kindness of the staff and the attention to detail in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Fabulous to be able to do a load of laundry while on vacation.
