The staff were very helpful. The rooms are above the pub which serves food and drinks. The location is excellent! With lots of bars, shops &restaurants. Also the number 11 tram which runs past the hotel takes you directly into Melbourne City.

My room No.10 needs more sockets.

"Rooms too hot for sleeping"

Clean, good location and comfortable bed with good linin.

Hot hot hot, iv never slept in a room that hot.. massive ceiling fan that was very aggressive that made the curtains fly around like ghosts. I was in room 6 so when I opened the window for some night air the pedistrains lights were very painful..
