Easy and simple.

I would have at least 1 staff member, I felt a bit lonely

Great value for money. Overall very clean and bathrooms were well maintained. Close to public transport and trams. Great security. Staff very responsive and helpful even during after hours. Quiet and enjoyable stay.

Rooms was small but expected. Room cleanliness could be better. The curtains were quite dusty which resulted in some dust mite bites and allergies. Lack of A/C even in central areas/hallways made stays during hot days very uncomfortable. Better placement of powerpoints and extensions would have been helpful.

I liked the ease of self check in Instructions in email very easy to follow Room was basic , clean and comfortable Unfortunately the bathroom was dangerous I don't like over bath showers for slip hazard and the tap no stop dripped Overall happy and would stay there again The friendly staff also lent me a phone charger as I had forgotten mine

Dirty toilet and over bath shower

It was clean, in a nice area and was well taken care of.

The shower dripped constantly through the night making it difficult to go to sleep and the emergency phone didn’t work when I got locked out of my room.

Some draws or a cupboard for strange for the stay

There were no staff so I cannot rate that category. Check in was with codes on doors. The rest was as advertised.

Having to lug my baggage up those stairs was not easy for an oldie.
