"Wonderful Holiday!"

10.0

We came as a group of 7 family and friends and we were all really impressed with the hotel. It was super clean, everything ran like clockwork and the staff really did make our stay. Max is an absolute asset to your team! We had lots of fun and laughs with him and his drinks were spot on, thanks Max! Kabita is a total ray of sunshine and works her socks off, we hope this is recognised :) We all commented on the excellent quality of food, gorgeous salads, loads of choice and the meat eaters really enjoyed what was on offer each day. Also, I NEVER eat desserts on holiday as they always seem the same but this time I was stuck into tiramisu and tasty cakes every day 🤣. Compliments to the chefs! The restaurant staff worked really efficiently, quick to take drinks orders and clear away plates. No sunbed wars at a ridiculous hour, either! The only issue we came up with was a lack of a full length mirror in the rooms - that would be a great addition! Thanks for an excellent stay, we all had an amazing holiday xx

"Amazing Hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟"

10.0

Returning guests for our second year, and it was incredible to see the changes that had been made from our previous visit. Staff work incredibly hard to ensure that you have the best possible experience, the hotel is spotless and the food was plentiful with lots of choice.Big shout out to kabita who always had a big smile no matter how busy she was,Max was the best and Isobella in the restaurant always went above and beyond so that you had an amazing experience. Look forward to returning the future.

"“Overall, you get what you pay for — it’s budget-friendly, but don’t expect luxury.”"

6.0

I chose this hotel as it looked clean, budget-friendly, and restful from the photos. While there were some positives, a few areas didn’t quite meet expectations. Room (2/5): We stayed as two adults and a teenage daughter. The room was very small for three people — realistically better suited for two. The third bed was a narrow sofa-bed style, not very comfortable. The balcony overlooked the pool, but it was noisy with no real shade, so we only used it to hang laundry. Housekeeping came every second day, but cups weren’t replaced, and cleaning felt more surface-level than thorough. Facilities (3/5): Spa: I had a deep tissue massage, which was excellent. Gym: Quite disappointing — just a plain white room with a handful of machines and no real stretch area. On one visit, young children were left to play with equipment, which felt unsafe. It seems like the gym exists only to tick a box for a 4-star rating. Pool: Small but pleasant, and I liked the in-water chairs. However, it closed at 6pm, which felt early considering the heat. Mornings were very noisy with children playing, so quieter swims were only possible later. Music: Played all day at high volume — even at the café/bar, it was too loud to hold a conversation comfortably, despite asking staff to turn it down. Lifts: Tiny (max 4 people). One even stopped suddenly and went dark, which was unsettling. I often opted for the stairs afterward. Food (3/5): We only had breakfast. The spread was plentiful — pastries, waffles, pancakes, continental, and English breakfast. Nothing was outstanding, but it was decent for variety. Staff & Service (4/5): Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant despite some frustrations. Location (4/5): Amenities and restaurants are within walking distance, with plenty of good local dining options nearby. Overall: Rooms are tidy but very cramped, breakfast is fair, and services are hit-and-miss. I would consider paying more for a larger room next time, as space was the biggest drawback. A solid budget choice if you value location and a smaller hotel atmosphere, but not without its compromises. “You can judge a venue by the softness of its towels and the strength of its toilet paper.”

"Lovely family run hotel - highly recommend!"

10.0

What a gorgeous hotel! Highly recommend. A bit cheaper because not on the main strip/beach front, but with easy access to it. Husband and I went with three daughters (teenager/twenties) for a 2 week, all-inclusive holiday. Super clean (daily room clean) and excellent food choices. Very helpful staff in the restaurant, bar and front desk. Free wifi and air con. Paid 10 euro cash deposit for each towel hire and got fresh towels every day with the euros returned on departure. Bedrooms a good size with ensuite shower room. Decent sized balcony with table and chairs. Lovely, clean air conditioned restaurant but could also sit on veranda overlooking pool. Set meal times (7-10am, 12.30-2.30pm and 7-9.30pm) which meant we had three meals a day and weren't grazing eating all day (although could order meals and snacks at the bar by the pool during the day as well). Staple food options daily such as salads, pasta - things for younger children like pizza, chips, nuggets, but also several meat, fish and vegi options which were different daily, plus a roast or grilled meat of the day. Always plentiful supply of food and really good quality - very tasty (we are foodies!) Drinks included draft beer, red, white, rose and sparkling wine which were okayish and cocktails which were very sweet, but lovely. Bottled water or wine or branded sprits were extra. Initially we thought the area wasn't very attractive, but it was a great location for lots of lovely places. A short walk to Pernera with a few bars, restaurants and live music. Easy to access a lovely beach (our favourite was 6 minute walk away was Polyxenia - where Ark bar played great chilled music.) 2 euros per person on the 102 bus to get to anywhere from Protaras, Fig Tree Bay or Aiya Napa. (It was the 101 bus to get back) Protoras also a 20-30 minute walk (or 12-15 euro taxi each way). Buses ran every 15 mins and much cheaper than a taxi and we got the night bus back from Aiya Napa at 4am! A couple of supermarkets a minute walk away where you could buy bottled water etc cheaply and bedrooms had a fridge to keep them cool. Bedrooms also offered tea/coffee making. We used the gym (small but functional) - didn't use the spa - Thai massage offered on the beach front was cheaper (and amazing) The staff were quick to offer anything to help - eg making our twin beds into a big double by adding a mattress topper. Evening entertainment was basic at best, but lots available locally if you wanted it. We would definitely return to this hotel.
