Really lovely stay with friendly staff

Location

Double bed to small , no milk, noisy people on the street late at night below our window, had to queue with people getting food and drinks for our check in ,expensive for what it was .☹️

Room and location were nice

I paid for breakfast but there were no staff there in the morning. Waited for 30 minutes past the scheduled breakfast time and no one showed up. So I left.

Location, plenty of tea and coffee, milks etc, nice garden area, nice pub area.

Room entrance was low, I’m 6ft it must have been 4ft, one of the baskets in the room had food crumbs in it, looks like it use to have biscuits in there or something like that and not been refilled.

Made very welcome by the enthusiast staff after we arrived later than expected. Very comfortable clean and spacious room in the very old but nicely restored pub.

Not so much as I didn't like but look out for the low doors as one would expect to find in a very old property.

Lovely old building. Very comfortable room and quirky and very clean bathroom accessed from the landing via another staircase. All within the suite. Generous amount of teas and coffees in room. Warm and atmospheric. Really great location close to both the train station and town centre.

I think that a light breakfast could be included in the price but this was not a major issue.

Unique rooms with plenty of character, staff we met were very friendly & couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend.
