"Over all fine"

Did not need Breakfast

3rd Floor with view of small Garden and Flat roof with Air extractor Fans on it. Air con did not work and was a very hot day but did have an electric fan to use in wardrobe.

Central location, lots of character

Bedroom only had a bath, no shower which was a disappointment. No breakfast. TV didn’t work until a lot effort from the only staff member on site.

The welcome from Nickolas was very friendly and chatting to him was a great easy to know what was available in Leek, he explained everything to us and then showed us to our room
