The Fives Oceanfront Riviera Maya - All Inclusive Optional

Comfortable rooms good views, excellent food

The beds at the beach cost $150 US per person per day. We ended up going to a different beach club. Very few beds around the pool and they were taken up by 7 30 am. Consequently we never went to the pool. The room had a small kitchen but no dishes or glasses. Great refrigerator though.

Excellent boutique hotel with optional all inclusive that we took advantage of. From the moment upon arrival the staff were incredibly attentive and were always friendly. We spent a lot of time getting to know the servers, bar tenders and butlers. All of them were top notch, and totally made our stay fabulous. From booking excursions, dinners and transfers they were always floating around to make our stay great. The food at this resort was excellent, however due to the boutique hotel size there are limited restaurant options, but we enjoyed every meal. There was the seaweed however the resort has employed people to clean the beach in front of the hotel, and they worked non stop all day and it showed! While not technically adults only there were very few children here because of the lack of children amenity’s which our group was happy about. Would I return, yes!

Excellent stay. Staff was more than Attentive. Food was good and beach was cleaned every day all day. Sorry the staff had ro put up with one lady that complained about the very air she breathed prob the recent lady that gave them a one star review. Do not pay attention to that. I would go there again tomorrow

Calling our visit hell would be kind. Terrible food, terrible service. Manager has proven useless to resolve issues. We stayed at the Fives beachfront and came here with hopes of the same encounter. Food is lackluster. If you are not a fish eater very limited menu. Drinks are watered down and not made correctly. Getting you water or wine filled is impossible. Beach chairs are set up like a can of sardines. Go elsewhere -anywhere is better than here. Beach is well below average and filled with sargassum. Save your money

The hotel is clean, safe and staff are friendly. Information about facilities and amenities was not readily apparent, some provided online but was not always accurate. We had wanted a smaller resort and it was what we were looking for. Unfortunately our room faced the road, every morning delivery trucks would idle there making it unpleasant to sit on our balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. All inclusive is at serviced restaurants, reservations recommended. food was very good. Plan on a leisurely pace for meals it can be slow.

I wanted to share some feedback about our week-long stay at The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos. The service throughout our visit was truly excellent, and every member of your staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. From the front desk staff to the Food and Beverage staff. I especially want to highlight the General Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, thank you Kenya. To the front desk staff, Lili, Jenny, Leo and Cynthia, thank you for all your help during our stay and how welcoming you were all to our team. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort made a significant difference in our experience.
