Gatlinburg View Lodge

We were told check in was at 4 and we had to wait until 5 for the room. There was no hot water in the shower but hot water in the bathroom sink. I complained and got no response.

The room was nice. There was some molding on the shower. Curtain in the water did not get hot at all when we took our shower, there was contactless check in the room was nice but overall I don’t believe I would stay here again.

It’s away from the traffic but easy enough to get to the shopping areas.But I got back to my room at 10:00pm and there’s no hot water I called the phone number I had got a recording left a message was told someone would get back to me it’s 10:41pm still no hot water

It was almost like camping! The shower was lukewarm, the sink was clogged, the TV remote didn't work, and the bathroom light was broken! The best feature was the large wild bear hanging out across the street!

If you're paying more than seventy per night, you're paying too much. We paid 200 to simply get a cheap motel room. The towels weren't clean. The room smelled of some weird chemical. Sockets are so inconveniently placed that we had to charge phones at the edge of the sink. Shower was moldy. Shower curtain was broken. I don't get why people still choose to have the sink outside the bathroom. It was far from downtown. The pictures in the hotel listing are so zoomed in that it gets misconceived as a basic hotel room.

Shower water is luke warm and wasn’t a typical comfortable hot shower. There’s visible mold in the bathroom and the room smells like mildew. No one is on site to answer any questions or concerns. I called them to get hot water and they said they’d call me back and never did. Stay somewhere else.

The property was in a convenient location but the overall condition was not good. The room smelled, it was damp and not clean. The water pressure was terrible and barely warm.No housekeeping our entire stay. We finally called for toilet tissue, it took nearly an hour to get it. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Nothing was good about anything at this place

There wasn't anyone there to give us a room and they gave us a code to the room. We found bed bugs and tics in the room and immediately left
