Die Wohnung wirkt etwas nüchtern, erfüllt aber völlig den Zweck eines angenehmen Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass man die Wohnung auch zu Fuss sehr gut vom Bahnhof erreicht bzw falls erforderlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu allen weiter entfernten Zielen in der Stadt gut hingelangt.

Das Umfeld bzw der Zugang zur Wohnung könnte von der Hausverwaltung/der Hausgemeinschaft etwas besser betreut werden.

"Das Appartement ist mehr geeignet für Leute, die sich darin aufhalten und morgens nur einen Kaffee im Stehen trinken wol"

Gute Lage, gute Raumaufteilung, hell und modern, gute Betten, wir hatten Glück, einen Parkplatz im Hof zu bekommen

Ausstattung mangelhaft: nur eine Kapselmaschine, viele Küchenutensilien fehlten (Eierbecher, Schälchen, Schüsseln, Geschirrhandtücher, Gläser,…), keine Ablageborde oder Kleiderhaken im Badezimmer, kein Abzieher für die Dusche (die Folge: Schimmelbildung in einigen Fugen), breite Fugen im Laminat, durch die Wasser eindringen kann, verrotteter Balkonbelag, Balkon nicht gepflegt, Blick auf einen vermüllten Parkplatz
