Gardner Farm Inn

The hospitality and overall experience were absolutely phenomenal. If (when?) I find myself in Troy again, I will definitely stay here!!!

Lovely and eclectic B & B. Extremely kind of friendly host, John makes everyone feel like they are visiting a good friend from the moment you arrive. Plus a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.

John, the owner and, the host is awesome. He made us feel at home from the word 'go'. His friendliness is not artificial and he genuinely loves people and that's a hallmark of a good human being. Breakfast was filled with nutrients, delicious flavors, and high on calories. Simply put, the breakfast is great here. John makes a Quiche like no other, enjoyed. The banana pancakes were delicious too.

Maybe Television in rooms? though there is a large 54" television in the reading room for guests to watch. Having a television in rooms makes the stay at Inn's or hotel more comfortable, and made us relax further.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was beautiful, and John made us feel right at home. He's a great cook and a wonderful host. We want to come back again and again -- Troy is a lovely town, and this inn is now an all-time favorite.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at the Gardner Farm Inn. We stayed in the stunning and eclectic John Waters room. Our bed was hard to get out of since it was so cozy and comfortable. We had an enormous walk-in closet and a large bathroom with everything we needed. Every morning, we were greeted with 5-star breakfasts and excellent hospitality. The host John is one of the sweetest human beings I have ever met, and I'm glad I got to stay in his beautiful home. I highly recommend the Gardner Farm Inn for anyone staying in the area.

Loved our stay, John is a great host and makes an amazing breakfast. And having a dog to pet was a great bonus :-)
