no complimentary for a free up and down van service...you have to walk by yourself if you want to go down the hill and up the hill...

Everything was amazing from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, even before check-in through phone communication. The room, views, and overall atmosphere were beautiful and relaxing. They also prepared a special birthday detail for me, which made my stay feel extra special and unforgettable. This was honestly one of the best experiences I had during my time in the Philippines.

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations and made my stay perfect.

The viewpoint of this place is beautiful, perfect for sunsets. It's far enough you're away from the busy town but still close enough. Peaceful, quiet and surrounded by nature. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful with anything you need. It felt like more of a homestay but i think that's just because of the hospitality of the Philippine people. Thank you

Not a fault of the resort but it is quite a walk uphill from the street and the tricycle will not take you up so something to keep in mind, perhaps contact the resort to arrange a pick up from the airport or from the street. Hot water isn't automatically on, you need to notify the staff beforehand so they can switch it on, again not a fault of resort just energy saving which i completely understand.

The only way to get to the hotel is up a very steep hill which trikes cannot navigate and the in house transport is expensive. Not enough storage in the room.

La vue de l’hôtel est splendide. Le personnel est disponible et a l’écoute. Les chambres sont confortables

Personnel très désagréable qui s'est moqué de nous tout le long du séjour en nous disant qu'il y avait de l'eau chaude pour se laver alors que non! Au bout de trois jours ils sont enfin intervenus mais l'eau est restée tiède. Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Transport excessivement cher depuis l'hôtel qui est situé au milieu de rien avec un accès très compliqué en scooter mi route mi gravier mi boue. Soit disant un havre de paix mais vous avez le générateur qui tourne toute la nuit et qui fait un bruit d'enfer. Consommation et restauration très chers pour tès mal manger! Une heure pour prendre le petit déjeuner !!!! Ils vous regardent en se moquant de vous pendant tout le séjour ! Meme pas une réduction pour etre resté 3 jours sans pouvoir prendre de douche !! Se sont des escrocs !!! Fuyez cet hotel et surtout ne vous fiez pas aux photos ! Et sale en plus de tout

Der Aufenthalt entsprach leider in mehreren Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer verfügte weder über einen Balkon noch eine Terrasse, und ein beworbener Meerblick war faktisch nicht vorhanden, da sich vor dem Fenster ein öffentlicher Durchgang befand. Dies beeinträchtigte Privatsphäre und Komfort erheblich. Zusätzlich gab es technische Mängel (defekter Fernseher, sehr laute Klimaanlage, schlecht schließende Tür mit Insekten), sowie ein sehr eingeschränktes Frühstücksangebot, das dem Preisniveau nicht gerecht wurde. Besonders enttäuschend war die Abrechnung: Ein als kostenlos beworbener Flughafenshuttle wurde kostenpflichtig berechnet, ebenso pauschale Servicegebühren auf einfache Bestellungen wie Brot, Kaffee, Wasser oder Bier – ohne transparente Vorabinformation. Zudem verschwand während des Aufenthalts ein Gegenstand nach der Zimmerreinigung. Der Umgang des Managements mit diesem Vorfall war unprofessionell und wenig lösungsorientiert. Booking.com hat mir netterweise versucht zu helfen. Insgesamt ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit mangelnder Transparenz und schlechtem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
