"A lovely relaxed stay"

Caroline is such a friendly welcoming host and it was a pleasure staying at her property, which was very comfortable and well equipped. Wonderful views towards Arundel Castle and we took a cross country walk to town which took us along the river. The daily breakfast basket was lovely and certainly set us up for the day.

The views were amazing and Caroline was a lovely host.

My only gripe is that we feel there could have been an air fryer as with only a microwave you’re very limited as to what you can cook!

Really enjoyed our stay, great countryside location with beautiful views. We felt very relaxed. Caroline is a very attentive host, she has given us plenty of recommendations for eating out and things to do / visit. Being able to walk to a great pub is priceless.

Private and quiet place with amazing views of surrounding fields and Arundel Castle. It is an ideal place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy surrounding areas. The host is amazing, property is 5 min drive from Arundel and there is a great pub in the village.

If you looking to get away and experience natural and peaceful surroundings this is the place. A beautiful self contained home hidden within the fields of Arundel with a view of cows grazing right in front of you. Caroline the host was beyond amazing with her caring attitude and passion she puts into everything she does. From the freshly baked cookie, a vase of wild flowers from her garden as a welcome treat to the excellent service provided during my stay. Thank you! Just loved it.

Cant really think of anything I didnt like.

"Overall disappinted, lovely setting but no money spent on the place. As a result felt ripped off."

It was meant to include breakfast, instead we received a breakfast box and were expected to make our own. After a long hard week that's not what we hap expected.

As above , the gate was opened and closed manually with the gate literally falling off it's hinges. The outside furniture was wooden and has seen better days.
