Stay Express Inn Hamilton

Room was ok, needs updating. Staff were all very nice.

Hotel extremely understaffed, we had to clean our own room or else had to wait another hour for check in, already waited 2 hours, front desk lady very nice , but was the only one there due to no staffing, did NOT even get a discount on the room!!!!

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Bed was soft but sheets hadn’t been changed so ended up sleeping on top of the covers. Carpet was filthy - my husband’s bare feet were black after walking around the room for a few minutes 😳 Bathroom was filthy. Pool hadn’t been cleaned and was full of moss. Towels had a bad smell. Limited parking. Night attendant was friendly and helpful.

It's a 1 star hotel thats for sure. Only one staff person to do everything. Clean, check in, you name it, just one person. So with that in mind the place was in great condition. Except it really wasnt. Not the staff's fault. Owners need to step up and hire more people. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. Pubes everywhere, toilet had a thick layer of grime, walls and door did too. Shower curtain/rod was broken. Amazed it didn't fall off. Room was dirty. I travel with wipes, hit a couple counters and they came up brown. Sheets and towels were very old, but they were clean. A plus. Last thing, there were Tweakers everywhere! I mean at least they were nice tweakers, so that was a plus...

Bathroom was full of mildew and mold, used soap still in the shower, room stunk like cat pee, sheets were dirty, and when I went to the office I was told there were no refunds and had a door closed in my face.

Its a hotel. That's all i can say about it. The place is a dump

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and convenient location.

The sheets on my bed were soiled and unchanged. The toilet was not clean, no washcloths, no water cups, the garbage was emptied and that was all. The bed was made giving you the appearance that the room had been cleaned. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had!

there was nothing unique about this property. check in office dirty with paperwork all over in piles. Room supposed to be ready at 3PM. tried to check in at 7, 9 and 11PM and room still not ready. begged for a room since nothing else was available. staff walked around with no shoes on and filthy feet! she said she cleaned the room but to find out sheets had crumbs and sand on them. had to wipe all surfaces and toilet with sani-wipes. toilet was dirty. Hair/dust balls on floor. used soap still in the shower. we had 2 towels and one had a huge hole in it. bad, bad, bad. I travel and have never seen anything like this in my life!!
