Stay Express Inn Hamilton

Take a smelly trip back in time! Everything in the room is like it came from the 80s or 90s including the tv, but the smell may be older and permeates your clothing. No base boards, the thermostat doesn't control the room temp. Bits of toilet paper still on the floor and something in the shower drain from previous visitors. I will never stay here again when I come to Hamilton, MT

Good: bed comfortable and ample parking. Bad: Used soap left in shower, hairs in bed. Run down condition overall. Door stuck and needed help to get into room.

Easy access to room. Great check in. Room could use some updating, but the room was clean,. Parking directly in front of room. Could use more electric outlets. Would return again if in the area. I saw none of the negative comments from previous reviewers on my stay. VERY satisfied

Worst motel ever. Problems started from the beginning. Our first room smelled terribly and was much smaller than my other family's rooms although we paid the same rate. One bed was missing the top sheet. No towels in the bathroom. Even with it being small, smelly, and run down I tried giving it a go. Next morning we had absolutely no hot water in the shower. After that I was ready to move hotels. My wife convinced me to try to move rooms instead. We did that. Second room was much more spacious but equal if not more problems. Our toilet had dried pee on the seat that we had to use wet wipes to remove. No extra toilet paper in the room. This new bed also did not have a top sheet nor did it have pillow cases on the pillows. I truly do NOT believe the rooms I stayed in were properly cleaned or serviced. Absolutely disgusting place that I would never recommend to anyone. Stay far away.

It was an okay stay. The alarm clock in the room hadn't been adjusted for daylight savings time.

Service was awesome. They are in the process of remodeling..it needs it...new owners..tho staff was wonderful

5 night stay and 3 out of the 5 days when we returned to the hotel our room key did not work. An aggressive dog was in the hotel and woke us up every morning barking.

The property is under new management and the rooms are being remodeled so the room wasn’t put together well. But the staff made up for any downside to the room. They were so friendly and accommodating every need or request. More than happy to support this small town business and the town’s people trying to make a living there.

Clean room. Needs some paint and update. Would not have booked here if I had known it was just transitioning from being a motel 6!!! Two tiny washcloths and two itty bitty towels and no hand towel....was not impressed for the price!!!!
