When we got to the motel to register we sid not have a room even though it was confirmed as qas told they were overbooked. Lobby was very dirty did not get to see a room

Check in time was stated as 4:00 but my room still wasn't ready when I tried to check in at 9:15 pm. Was told to come back in 20 minutes. Good news was I got a room because they were overbooked by 4 rooms. Apparently they are very short staffed. I was finally able to get to my room about 10pm and there were no towels in it. The gal at the front desk was very apologetic and brought me towels pretty quickly. Lobby area was dirty, with two dogs running around in it. The room itself appeared to be clean but the overall experience was not very good.

What a dump! We arrived at 7:30pm and were told a room would be ready in about 20 minutes. Half an hour later, we were checked in--to a room that hadn't been made up. The clerk had lots of excuses--not just for us. We heard the same story told to three other guests. Two of them left without staying and so did we. The grounds were in very poor repair and had garbage just lying around everywhere. On the stairs to the second floor were an empty cigarette pack and half a dozen butts. It looked as if no one had bothered to pick up anything for days.

The hotel informed me my room was not ready for check-in at 7pm and I could not get an ETA for when it would be ready. I was told I might not have to pay the cancellation fee, I'm charging back that fee if it shows up.

Check in was 2 hours later than advertised. Filthy grounds. Understaffed. Dogs locked in the back, without shade, constantly barking. Over priced for condition of Motel.

Not clean

No hot (just warm) water Saturday morning. Room thermostat could not be adjusted warmer as outside temperatures dropped into the high 30’s low 40’s and room was cool

The front office was a mess and it stunk. My room had brown spots on the wall. I used the wet washcloth and wiped to discover it was washable. The A/C was caked with dust inside the vents. According to Covid rules THIS is supposed to be cleaned. There was no matt in front of the door to catch the dirt as you walked in. Instead every time I walked in and out dirt went all over my floor so it couldn't stay clean. The cable box in my room kept switching to gaming mode, thus intetrupting the program i was watching all the time. And the guide on the cable box had nothing on it except "to be announced" so you couldn't channel surf or go back to your previous channel because you couldn't tell what channel you were on ir what you were watching. It would've been nice if I had eadier access to a bedside outlet so i could plug in my cellphone charger instead if plugging it in by the floor, under the chair clear across the room or across the room in the bathroom area. The one saving grace was the mini fridge. It actually worked and I was able to keep my food and drinks cold. The tiny freezer had just enough room to put my blue ice container in to refreeze it for my trip back home.

I normally don't write reviews - however I read them all the time. So shame on me if I didn't write one to help other people. Curved Shower rod was falling out of the wall on both sides. Had to clip the curtain around the dry wall to not have both end in the middle of the rod and shower without a curtain. When I reported to the front desk - she said oh I am sorry - we actually have multiple rooms like that. We need repairs done around here. When I checked in I could smell dog urine really bad. The manager had 3 big dogs outside behind the building. I will not ever stay here again. If I could have found a different room in town I would have moved. I sure hope they can get things cleaned and fixed up.

This place is the worst place I have ever stayed! The office is full of dog hair and the counter is cluttered with paper and cigarettes. The office lady was nice but that’s the only good thing here. Check in was to be at 3pm but they were short staffed so I waited around until 6pm to finally get in. The room smelled so bad. The toilet hasn’t seen a good scrubbing in years likely. Mold was in the bathroom. The smoke detector was unplugged and on top of the closet. The a/c did not work. I paid for three nights and their policy said “no refunds whatsoever.” I felt like I needed to light myself on fire after checking out just to get cleaned. Don’t waste your money!!
