Embassy Newcastle, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Well what can I say, the hotel is not the most central but the staff are amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive if they tried. Anything we asked for help with during our visit be it advice on places to go or supplying top ups for coffee and extra pillows was done with speed and a smile! I have to say Mandy, Vicky, George (I think) and the other 2 ladies on duty over our stay were amazing and deserve recognition for their top notch customer service! I will definitely stay there again if we venture up that way . Thankyou guys for a great break away x

I used this hotel as a base to explore the area. It's a former Premier Inn under new ownership. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were busy when I arrived at a stag/hen night had checked out. It's also clearly used by workmen but this was no problem. Its in a good handy location for the A1 and is close to places to eat. The staff really helped with the Internet and anything else I needed. Being very warm the rooms having no air con were hot but the fan helped. A bit noisy on my first night but that wasn't anything the hotel could sort. Good clean rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast was grab and go which I mainly used as snack in the day and had breakfast elsewhere but the juice and water were very handy.

Great stay, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. No restaurant actually at the hotel but there is a great pub attached.

It was adequate. We were a little disappointed that tge twin room we requested was just a normal room with a double bed and the other bed was a converted couch that was slightly sloping. It was hot in the room too, with no way to cool it down. The staff were all super nice though!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff and receptionist were very help. The rooms are spacious, clean and all the amenities are working perfectly. The rooms will benefit from bedside sockets. Will definitely recommend

We stayed for one night and loved it. The staff were really lovely, it was clean and had everything we needed. The room was quite big! Bed was comfortable and location is good. Just a 10 minute taxi ride into town. We would definitely stay again!

Went for a few days break with the family and had a great stay with great staff extremely helpful first class all round no complaints easy access to all areas like town centre and metro centre and the restaurant/pub is simply amazing also with fantastic food and service

Really welcoming and friendly staff. Room had everything I needed, and was clean and bed was very comfortable. There was no food available (I stayed midweek but I understand there is a pub next door open for food at weekends). However there were a couple of great supermarkets nearby so it was easy to get some cold food to eat. Parking was easy, plentiful and free.

Marvellous staff, cool as, all of them. Good clean place to stay. Any day xxx
