Location was great affordable fabulous staff

We really like to stay at Tulum Suits. It was even better as from the pictures. The room was very comfy, the terrace was amazing with the pool. We had everything there what we needed. Everything was very closed and quite during the night as well. I think this is one of the best places in Tulum and ever where we stayed before. Price is really worth for it, the stuffs are very nice as well. Our room was cleaned every day. The bed was also very comfortable. Perfect. Thank you so much

Location, loved the property, amazing staff, incredible views.

The water was so incredibly loaded with minerals that even letting my hair soak in conditioner didn’t help, o couldn’t brush my hair and did some damage to my already very fine and delicate hair. I had to rise my hair with drinking water which was a waste. I did not have this problem when I stayed right down the street so this must be property specific.

O Ivo é super atencioso, mas não gostei muito da localização, um pouco longe do centrinho de resto tudo ótimo.

Loved this hotel! The decor, the staff, the location and most of all, how green and beautiful everything was. I hope I'll be back :)

It could have breakfast but we ate across the street and it was great.

The hotel was in the right location , on the main strip close to everything, lots of transportation options (bikes, taxi, but very overpriced) 4 wheelers, scooters and walking! The staff was so friendly and kind, always had security and the Loco restaurant out front was great. Highly recommend .

Gravel road to come in but the staff was so helpful to help take our bags to our rooms!

We love this place, it was our 3rd time visiting and it's still great. Very helpful staff and perfect location. Steps away from the beach, calm and amazing views!

It would be great if there was a kettle in the room to make tea. There is a kitchen though so you can boil water on a stove.

Was greeted immediately upon entering the property and was escorted to my room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room and location were perfect for my weekend. Definitely recommend!
