Suites Tulum

Suites tulum was 10/10 . We booked 5 rooms and they all were amazing. We didn’t really encounter no issues. Nico was always so attentive on making sure we were good . He even had a baby play pen built for my baby . The beach access we had through them was amazing , literally like a 2-3 minute walk away . The restaurant next door was also amazing and highly convenient for breakfast and dinner when we didn’t want to go explore . During the trip one of our members had a medical emergency , not knowing any one out there I called nico for help . He was very helpful and sent his partner to come help us with an ambulance. If it wasn’t for his partner helping us carry out our family member we would have not been able to do it . So once again thank you guys for everything . 10/10 recommended .

Excellent location, across the street from the beach, stunning rooftop views, attentive staff, especially Nico, large room and bed, large balcony.

We had a few issues with hot water not working in the shower a couple times, and a leak from the upstairs unit bathroom, which Nico took care of promptly. The hot plate in the kitchen area seems a bit old, as were the cooking utensils, and the sink looks pretty old—kind of like a glamping experience. But not enough to be an issue, just don’t expect luxury—you are in the jungle, and for the price, it was a bargain.

Beautiful hotel, highly recommended

The location is great, although the road along the hotel zone is quite bumpy, with a lot of potholes. The hotel is surrounded by the jungle, which gives it a great vibe. While there is no reception desk, Nico and Maximo are super helpful and always ready to help if you text them. The hotel is not right at the beach, but they do allow you access to the beach via a beach club located a few feet away. The only thing they could improve on is the cleanliness of the pools, which didn't look super clean, but we swam in the sea most of the time anyways. I definitely recommend this hotel as it is a great value.

Pool cleanliness

The Tulum Suites provided a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very service orientated. The amenities in the room were good, although the kitchenette could use a bit more utensils and cooking items, and maybe a coffee maker. Other than that we had little to be concerned with. The rooftop patio was a great place to watch the sunset and have breakfast. The access to the Dos Ciabas Beach Club was a real plus.

We had a very nice stay. The apartments are cozy and well maintained. There is also common area with kitchen, terrace and small pool that you can easily use. They also offer a beach access through another hotel.

Quaint and hidden in jungle, but very clean once on property.
