Great location near the airport and wonderful back porch area to relax and take in the beautiful river. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the bar service and back outside patio.
1st night accomodation on Princess land sea concierge cruise. Comfortable, clean, Common areas need upgrading, carpets, etc Nice gift shop Unfortunately the welcome dinner for the group was an inedible buffet. The food was terrible so we left prior to dessert. Grateful the remainding lodges and dining accomodations were excellent! Rough start.
Very clean, small Princess Hotel, close to Fairbanks and the airport. Restaurants are good about average price for Alaska.Wifi was strong in the rooms and breakfast was very good too. Quiet for the time we stayed there, but didn't see any Northern lights Still a good start to our Alaskan vacation
This is a perfectly fine hotel with a lovely lobby, good service and good cocktails. The Wi-Fi was very spotty, dropping constantly. The climate control facility on the riverside of the property was very loud making it unappealing to open the window for fresh air

This place is very beautiful. Our room was perfect except for the bathroom fan. We had a view outside our window of the river.

The buffet wasn’t the best for $23. The communal carpets were dirty. The location was great as well as the coffee shop. Staff was super nice.
We did not stay there because it was canceled before the 3rd. We are disputing the charge!! Cannot rate it because we DID NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!
Dealing with the cruise people was sort of a pain. The wait staff in the lounge needed to brush up on alcohol names and cocktails. Your POS was not up to date as I could see bottles on the shelf but had to argue with the waitress that you in deed had it in stock. The rooms were run down and used. Facelift needed. It was a clean as it could be
