Everything was good except our rooms were two queen instead of king we had requested. The front desk was sble accomodate.
Our stay was very nice! The staff in the gift shop was outstanding! As well as the staff in the dining room and the outside deck dining! Annabell, was out waitress on the outside deck, Madison and Coleman were the morning staff in the dining room, all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were very helpful in planning our day!

The hotel was lovely.
Replacing simple coin-op machines like laundry and soda is an insufferable practice. I don't need an outside company collecting my purchasing history of a freaking soda so they can tailor their approval amounts. The laundry was another story-- 7 or 8 bucks for one load, but you have to download an app to use it. Which you can't do in a concrete basement. And the machine didn't work anyway. The ext to call to report it doesn't get answered. An hour an a half later, I finished one load of laundry. There's no microwave in the room. There's on in the community room, about a 10-mile walk back to the other end of the hotel. This is a place to corral cruise-line passengers into banquet rooms. They do not treat regular travelers well in any respect.
My husband and grandsons stayed here at the end of a week of fishing and camping. They felt wonderfully pampered at a great price.

We found we needed bathroom and water glasses/cups when only 2 paper cups were provided for coffee. Also shower tile was not clean as nasal waste on the tile.
