Service was great! Handling luggage up to the airport and handing over was smooth. Absolutely great place
This hotel was part of our Princess Denali tour. It was awful. We were given 2 double beds with a scenic view of the parking lot. The sink area was only large enough for our toothbrushes. The Alaska Cod was frozen and greasy. Our waiter only came back to bring our check. He never asked if we wanted anything else. We stayed in places like this when we were young but certainly didn’t expect this from Princess. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it were free.

The property is beautiful, after a long day of traveling the bed was so comfortable :) we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. The only negative was the food at the bar was horrible but the buffet breakfast in the morning was great !

Property was great. Room was great, restaurant inside was great (wish it offered more varieties to choose from, though), the hotel has a coffee shop inside much like Starbucks, has a souvenir shop that sells more than you probably wish for. All-in-all I would recommend this hotel. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the remote area it was in, away from Fairbanks downtown, but was perfect for walking around and reach other restaurants in the area. Also safe.
Boring and old. Nothing worth noting. Young, immature staff with tattoos and piercings everywhere. Room smelled of mold. Food bland and overpriced.
Close to the airport but too far out of town to enjoy Fairbanks without a vehicle. The shuttle service only takes you to 3 spots. The dining is VERY expensive here and thee are not other choices outside the hotel. Even Uber took over an hour to bring a meal to us and did not provide transportation into the city.
