Stayed here before.The property is in an ideal location in the middle of everything and close to a store for shopping.It has everything you need and it was clean and just a lovely little cottage.The owners are fantastic keep you upto date on everything and always ready to help if a problem.It’s comfortable and quiet in that location to say your in the centre of york.wonderful all round the stay and the weather.

The key box is a bit hard to get into had a problem with that and with locking the door-the handle to get in is very close to the frame so kept banging our knuckles everytime we came to opening and locking the front door.There was a couple of slugs that got in had to dispose of them and there is no toilet roll holder it’s a bit awkward without one.these are just minor things I’ve stated I can’t knock this place it’s amazing and directly on the York wall.Highly recommend to anyone

The property was ideal for a couple with a pet very cosy. In a courtyard which was very quiet brilliant.

The only things we did not like was the big seat of the two too low to the floor. And the back yard smell was disgusting needs a good power wash clean could not open the door for the smell coming in.

The location was excellent. The cottage was well equiped with everything you could need.

Central, easy walk to all attractions, but also very quiet. Enjoyed it having a little outside space backing on to the city walls. Very cosy with nice touches, fairy lights etc.

Not much. A little maintainance (bedroom door handle fell off but wife fixed it). Would benefit from little things like bathroom towel & toilet roll holders. Minor stuff.
