great location within the city walls, nicely furnished and had everything we needed.

lack of parking but that’s to be expected within a city and we wanted to be within walking distance of the shops so chose to sacrifice parking for that.

The location of the property was superb! We’ve managed walk around everywhere rather than driving or public transport which just very convenient. Everything is good inside the property, functional and convenient. I recommend to others.

Great location and cosy loved the sign on the chalk board Bed was clean Towels were lovely quality Loved the hair dryer being available Nice property and would recommend.

Cleaning was adequate never seemed to get to the corners dusty and spiderwebs Windows had mould or mildew a wipe would fix that. Bed was VERY CREAKY when you turned in the night it woke you up. Shower has a springy floor maybe needs checking. Shower head full of lime scale and sink needs unblocking.

Directions to the cottage were excellent. Easy access via the lockbox. It was quiet and comfortable.

Nothing I didn’t like - it does have a steep staircase to the bedroom & bathroom but I was fit enough to manage this.

Although sofas looked very uncomfortable, past their sell by date could do with updating, York all about walking not nice too sit in
