"Hidden Gem"

I travel a lot. And I have to say this is sincerely one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in a stay. Greeted every morning at breakfast by a beautiful woman named Helen. My front desk agent Tati gave great recommendations. And what can I say about Lark, the restaurant that sits a top of the property. My own restaurants and I can’t believe how blown away I was by the experience, food and service. I mean, who knew that coming to a little suburban Philadelphia town for another work trip would turn into such a memory that my colleague and I haven’t stopped talking about. Well done!

I recently visited the Residence Inn for 1 night. I would like to highlight 2 individuals who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Michelle and Kira were both very approachable and extremely helpful. In the heat of a breakdown the two quickly help with calming the moment. I truly saw felt the sincerity of the assistance and was very grateful.
