Everybody was wonderful especially Helen and Paula. Very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly.

I stayed here for two nights for work. The location was super convenient for my workplace. Staff was friendly. Room is huge and bigger than one person needs. The breakfast was included and good. There is also a very nice restaurant unaffiliated with the Residence Inn but that is located inside the hotel that is very good (Lark). Parking was free and right in front of the hotel.

I can't say enough great things about the property. Stunning is one word that comes to mind. It is nestled in this beautiful little spot right at the manuyunk bridge. There is nothing short of things to do. Make a reservation to eat at the upscale Lark, or spend the day relaxing on the property at the kitchen. During the warmer seasons the courtyard is open up with many family friend activities, ice cream food and views. The character of the hotel with the iron work made by local artist is a fabulous addition to the properties original past.

My exsperince was made better after receiving hospitality from Helen and Shanda. Their service was performed with warmth and pleasantries. It made my day..

The place is beautiful and clean and the front desk agent I think her name was Dime. She made me feel at home took her time to talk to me and explain everything about the great hotel. She was very patient. The house keeper name ty was awesome too. I can't forget breakfast ladies Shonda and Helen and Dime for the love they add in the food that morning

Our stay at Residence Inn was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My stay here was even better than I expected. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The Manger was very friendly and informative talking to her and seeing her constant smile helped put one one my face. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.
