Residence Inn By Marriott Philadelphia Bala Cynwyd

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. We visit the area at least once a year and this is our favorite hotel so far. The front desk staff were great, breakfast was good, and always appreciative of the self-service laundry available at Residence Inn properties. The only thing I would change is to add an additional bike in the fitness center and a different layout in the living room area. When the sofa bed was out, it took up the entire floor space and limited the use of the tv stand drawers and the desk area. Also, I believe the hotel should begin giving out some type of parking pass for electric charging to ensure that only hotel guests are charging their cars onsite. However, we didn’t have a problem finding a charging spot each night.

We had a very nice stay at the property. All the staff warm and welcoming but Helen, the breakfast lady, was our favorite. Her warmth, personality, friendliness and service really elevated our experience. Thank you. Noah

My recent stay at the Residence Inn was truly exceptional from start to finish. Everything, from the comfortable accommodations to the beautiful common areas, exceeded my expectations, making for a perfect getaway. However, what truly elevated my experience and deserves special mention is the outstanding service provided by the breakfast staff. 🥞 🍳 The breakfast service was the highlight of my mornings. Led by two women, Ms. Helen & Ms. Jennifer were incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. They ensured that the dining area was always clean and well-stocked, and they consistently went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. • The staff members were always smiling and cheerful, creating a wonderfully positive atmosphere to start the day. • They were quick to offer assistance and restock the bar, anticipating needs without being asked. • Their dedication to excellent service truly made the breakfast experience feel special and personal. A huge thank you to Ms. Helen & Ms. Jennifer for their hard work and warm hospitality!

I stayed at the hotel for about 3 weeks and it was a really good experience. The hotel is great, good location, fun area, free parking, nice coffee shop attached and walking trails around. Close to the city but a very quiet area. Great breakfast and the staff there were incredible (go Helen!!!) One issue is the room up-keeping- is wasn’t consistent, had some incidents where they didn’t tidy up the room for over 2 days unless I reminded them. But all in all - highly recommended

That breakfast was included in the price. Staff was friendly. The location was beautiful, with much to do within walking distance.

Price. It was high, but I still thought we got more than what that proce usually provides.

From the front desk, to Dom with her compassion for us, it was a wonderful stay. Everyone was so accommodating and Christ-like, we were overwhelmed with care. Helen prayed for us and for my family member, and both of these wonderful woman made our stay comfortable. Your new addition Mimi is a wonderful addition to an already amazing staff. We’ll be back!!
