Hellen did a great job in caring and making sure everyone had what they needed. She was always moving and checking on people. The rest of the experience was not the same. Michelle at the front desk was the exception.

Helen and Paula are wonderful! They provided a top notch experience. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in the Philadelphia area!

By far my favorite hotel to settle into largely because of Michelle the general manager and Miss Helen; as a person who travels significantly for working I prioritize feeling “at home” while away from home and the staff at this Residence Inn always sets the tone on helping me be productive at work and having a place to recharge and recalibrate.

After 5 hellish nights at 2 different Hiltons, we settled in at this lovely hotel. So clean and quiet! Fantastic breakfast and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We have family in the area and have decided that this is our new home away from home.

Really a beautiful hotel right on the river. We had a great time room was clean free breakfast in the morning beautiful view views of the river. Would highly recommend.

Tatiana worked all day, all night at our event, and was up at the front desk the next morning. She had a huge smile on her face, was helpful and enthusiastic, and I can’t overstate how impressed I am with her work ethic.

I enjoyed the great first impression and atmosphere while I attended during my business meetings and overall stay! The look of the hotel matches the staff’s sense of commitment to making sure their guest are taken care of.
