Modern 2 Bed Apt in Edgbaston with City Views & Parking

I was locked out for three hours with no one to contact

The owner never called me and just stayed messaging me then said I can’t do anything go find somewhere else to stay and still haven’t received my Refund which they said they would provide

It was modern and quiet area. It was perfect for your stay. The bathrooms were very clean and I loved the space of the living room.

It was just smaller than expected but still very pleasant and enjoyable. The host was extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely book with this host again.

Host wsa very helpful, even gave us late checkout. Apartment was warm. They also have a really good photographer.

much smaller than it leads on; mattresses are very much not comfy!!; it was not cleaned well. we found hair on the towels, floor and a lot more dirt under the movable(!) foot piece near the sofa.

Great location and lovely apartment There was an issue with the booking which was entirely my fault. The owner was so helpful sorting this out for me. The cleaner who was at the property when we arrived was also really lovely and helpful.

There was an issue with the people who stayed the night before. They hadn’t left when they should have, which meant the cleaner was still there when we arrived. They had also been smoking in the apartment and the smell was difficult to get rid of! Obviously this was nobody’s fault but the previous guests! So shame on them!

Lovely sized property. Nice to have two bathrooms and views.

The flat needed a good clean, there was confetti left on floor from previous guests and the bathroom floors definitely had not been cleaned.
