Very quiet, clean hotel. Staff is very courteous and breakfast was fantastic. I definitely recommend a stay here if you travel to Southeast Texas. Location was perfect with many restaurants in the area and was a nice convenient location to Beaumont

Very clean, friendly, and had everything I needed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My room was big with a comfortable bed and a great kitchen area. The TV swiveled from the living area to the bedroom. The free breakfast is exceptional. The food is delicious and there was a huge selection. The staff at the hotel really take pride in providing the best possible experience.

If you are going down here for business or travel it is always a wonderful place to stay at. They have really nice rooms and it’s in an amazing location! Highly recommend you all to stay here. They have toasted yolk, walk in’s, and Tia Juanita’s nearby. All great options!

When working away from home you want to be comfortable at the end of the day and this place does that. Great staff, Happy Hour is Great, Terrific Breakfast and close to some great places to eat. Me and my crew where there for 2 weeks working and when back in the area we will be staying with Residence Inn Port Arthur.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, friendly and had everything we needed. The people we nice and accommodating. Our room was very nice. We loved the kitchen, it felt like home. The TV swiveled from the living area to the bed room. Bonus!! They also have free breakfast. The food was delicious and there was a huge selection. It was hot, just like the coffee. We'll definitely try to stay at a Residence Inn on our next trip.

Upon arrival, the grounds of the Marriott were clean and the grass/plants maintained. The lobby appeared clean and bright. The hotel clerk was super friendly and quick to check us in. The room was spacious and clean. Stocked with towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner. There was a large TV in the room which rotated so it could be watched while in bed or sitting on the couch. We were in town for a wedding and upon returning late in the evening, the parking lot was well lit. Walking to the entrance was not a safety concern. Check out was done through the large TV and so we left without any delay. The free breakfast was good. Plenty of your basic breakfast foods. Eggs, bacon, sausage, milk, coffee, OJ, yogurt. Good variety of pastry/bread. If I’m ever in the area, I will definitely stay here.

Good customer service

This hotel is an excellent play to stay. Our family always stays there when we make a trip to Port Arthur. The staff is super and very accommodating. We always enjoy the breakfast as well as the staff that takes care of the breakfast area. I cannot say enough about this hotel. The hotel is very clean and it is a very quiet place to get some test.
