Residence Inn By Marriott Port Arthur

I am UK based, but have used this hotel extensively and for long perods, since it opened. I'm pretty impressed with it. The rooms are good - it is a relatively new hotel, the location is good - not far off the motorway, the facilities are good and the staff are very good. Always feel welcomed on arrival. It's safe to say I am pretty reluctant to stay anywhere else when visiting this area on business.

The room was really lovely! Full size fridge, 2 burner stove, extra large television that swiveled from sofa area to sleeping area (which had a slight separation which was awesome). The bathroom was extra large and neat with a separate vanity area. I'm a fan of Marriott and it will be my hotel of choice wherever I travel from now on.

We visit Port Arthur often and only stay at this property. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are always clean.

A Wonderful hotel. Great location employees are very nice,and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is the 3rd time staying here. Every time was great. When in the area again this is where I will stay. Felt very safe. I traveled solo each time.

Excellent room and very well kept. It was a large suite. Breakfast was awesome! And the breakfast staff was very friendly! The staff at the hotel were very friendly! Good location next to restaurants. We were there to hear live entertainment.

This residence Inn was a great location, and a great stay. We came to stay because my wife had a contract job for a day. We arrived the night before. The staff was very accommodating, special recognition for James at the front desk. The location was accessible. The amenities were plentiful. The facility was clean. Breakfast in the morning was good, with plenty of options. The staff at breakfast was really kind and accommodating as well. I would definitely look this place up if I come back to Port Arthur.
