Terrasse Hotel Playa del Carmen

My car was ticket for parking in the street. The hotel staff said that I could park in the street but it looks like they target or ticket tourists cars not the local cars.

General maintenance and cleaning to be improved. For example the toilet cover was not good and falling down when seating, several spots of the bath were showing clear signs of wear and tear. One linen was showing signs of permanent stain. In addition we received several phishing messages asking for cards check on behalf of the hotel, as probably results their or booking.com database has been violated.

No nos hicieron la habitación, y dijeron que si había ropa en la cama no podían hacerla. no respetaron la reserva de una habitación con cama matrimonial y otra de dos camas.

The hotel tried to scam me sending links to click to process payment after the room already had been paid. Other reviews mentioned they had their passport stolen and the staff entering rooms when privacy signs were displayed. I made the decision not to stay here.

No tiene estacionamiento y es un riesgo dejar el vehículo sobre una calle transitada y en colonia de riesgo. No ocupe la habitación hice el trámite de devolución pero al parecer no procede
