We didn’t had got hot water. We got there and the apartment didn’t had gas to warm up the apartment even for the hot water. The owner didn’t answer to the messages to tell us the code to get the key so we had to contact booking assistance to contact the owner and after one hour he respond and we got the code. We had to sleep one night there, with no hot water to make a shower, it was very cold inside because we cannot make nothing to get the apartment warmer. After many hours one person come there to check what is the problem and told us in no gas to warm the water. After many hours we speak with the booking assistance and help us to go in another place. I don’t recommend this. I will never come again there. Also the apartment is more smaller than it looks in pictures. The door from the entrance in the apartment is not ok because you cannot close it properly. The floor is very fragile if I ca. say like this. If you walk with more pressure or if you jump it feels like is moving. I had a very bad experience there. For the owner…try to pay your bills before going on vacation and letting a guest come to that apartment to have gas or who knows maybe you'll forget to pay the electricity bill too.

L'appartement est grand, bien meublé, bien situé, lumineux, très agréable.

Récupérer les clefs n'est pas très simples, le protocole est compliqué. Des voisins de l'étage supérieur sont arrivés tard samedi soir, ils ont été très bruyants jusque 2 heures du matin. Il manque un égouttoir pour laver la vaisselle.
