Lovely old Inn in the heart of Hillsborough. They have complimentary coffee every morning and biscuits if you ask for them. Even though it was not listed as an ADA room a grab bar in the shower would help due to shower size. Sky lights are in 2nd floor annex rooms. While lovely, the sun rises early. The room had been beautifully renovated and was very clean. The Inn offers lunch and dinner. However there are lots of fun places to eat in town. It’s best to sit outside and enjoy a beverage.

Excellent stay at the Colonial Inn this weekend! Historic Inn that’s been restored and everything was perfect. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite for our anniversary and it couldn’t have been better, they even left a special gift for us in our room! The staff was very welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect! Great food, comfortable bed, in room jacuzzi and drinks on the second floor porch! Can’t wait to return and stay again!
