Central location near the lake and shops. Modern apartment. Welcome bottle of Prosecco appreciated.

No salt and pepper, oil, vinegar etc in kitchen. Noisy with party goers on Saturday evening.

"Zentrale Lage, grosszügige helle Wohnung mitten im Herz von Lugano!"

Die zentrale Lage und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, hell und voll ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet und es hat alles was man braucht: man muss nix mitbringen :-)

Am Tag der anreise hat die online Anleitung für den Zugang nicht funktioniert. Die Kontaktperson konnte das aber sofort per mail schicken und es klappte vor Ort hervorragend (perfekte Bildanleitung!) Die Fenster sind nicht ganz dicht, was etwas Lärm in die Wohnung brachte (direkt neben dem Casino ist Betrieb bis 4 Uhr morgens) und das Doppelbett ist viel zu weich

Schöne, grosszügige Wohnung an guter Lage.

Viele kleine Mängel und Defekte, die offensichtlich sind und einfach zu beheben wären (fehlendes Besteck, fehlendes Abtropfteil bei Espressomaschine, defekte Spotlampen, Spülkasten defekt, usw.). Schade für die an sich tolle Wohnung, dass sich da jemand offenbar nicht besonders Mühe gibt. Sehr lärmig bis in die Morgenstunden (muss man wohl in Kauf nehmen bei dieser zentralen Lage).
