Star of Lugano in Lugano

Very happy with the apartment. Very clean and beautiful. Close to everything.

- Location was good with supermarket like Coop, Migros and lots of restaurants in the vicinity

- There is no aircon in the apartment so you need to open the windows. It can get noisy from early morning especially with the garbage / recycling truck as you can hear the crashing of glass bottles - Pillow is very flat, almost no support and the mattress as well

Great location. Spacious and clean. Clothes airer was helpful.

Confusing check in process with two different sets of key collection instructions given to us. Instructions for wifi were also incorrect in the apartment. Air conditioning in main area did not work but bedrooms were ok.

The place is great, centrally located and the rental property associates were very helpful. You can see the sunrise over the mountain from the queen bedroom.

The apartment is near several bars (maybe a dance club) that played their music loudly until 1am or later.

Great property in good location, but way too much street noise at night to leave windows open to cool a too hot apartment.
