The apartment itself was great—once you figured out how to get into it.

There were 8 PAGES of instructions on how to get into the apartment and some were incorrect. They also had a VERY long form to fill out to give details on each person in your party—a copy of their passports should have been sufficient instead. They did not give the login in instructions until hours before check in. The WiFi was not properly described, with a modem you had to put your phone next to and an unclear password. Why this couldn’t be put in writing is beyond me. I could go on, but the point is that no matter how nice the apartment is, all of the other stuff makes you not want to bother with it.

Apartment is at very close to lake and convenient location Spacious and clean Since we were there in August Apartment don't have Air condition and no Fans you have to open windows to get fresh air which comes with traffic noise which is big negative cannot sleep at night And very little toiletries were provided

It was an excellent location , just at the centre Good amenities and facilities 2-3 mins from train station and shopping area.

Spacious, central location. Clean. Bottle of welcome prosecco.

Area is very noisy (glass container just across the road extremly noisy), beds/matresses way too soft. Coffee machine, not a single coffee pod, same for washing machines, no detergent at all). But the most annoying thing: doors from one bedroom and its bathroom cannot be closed/, we had to put some object in front of the door.

Modern, clean apartment

The check in process and staff was AWFUL! We never saw the staff actually. It was all done thru texting. We were emailed “clear” instructions for directions, getting the keys etc. But When we got to the apartment key box there was NO keys inside. The guy kept insisting that there was, rudely insisting that we might have gotten to the wrong place or wrong box. After awhile he realized that the cleaning staff had the keys and that we had to wait. We were finally given the keys by the cleaning staff but were not told what is the apartment number just that it’s on the second floor. When we finally got to the apartment it took us another hour to connect to the wifi. The staff insisted the password is behind some white device but there was no such device. He finally realized he was wrong and directed us to the password. Inclusion it was a very UNhappy check in.

Spacious and good location. Balconies were really cute and made for nice photos.

We had a difficult time with finding the key and figuring out how to get in and there was no information on wifi. There was a bad smell coming from the pipes, like a sewage smell. The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were small and flat and we each only got one. There were no mattress protectors or pillow protectors. It was cold and we found two small blankets in a closet, where there were a few large pillows with no pillow cases. We could have used one or two extra towels since we stayed 2 nights. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods. There is a washer and dryer but no detergent. The rules were too demanding and threatening in telling us to clean up everything, take the sheets off the beds, and figure out the complex trash system or we would be charged a fee. I would never stay there again, hotels are much nicer to deal with than property management companies and they skimp on everything. Also, with most hotels in the area you get a Ticino transportation pass which you do not get with this property.

Great location with all the amenities you need for a family. It has a washing machine and dryer which makes a longer stay easy. The apartment was very clean, with two rooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a family. It is also in the heart of Lugano, only a street back from the lake.

Was a little difficult to locate & find keys and entry to property at first. The late night bar underneath was a bit noisy.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the lake & 5 minutes walk to the centre of Lugano. Well-equipped family kitchen was put to good use.

The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. It was far too soft & spongy. Additionally, it should have been a king, but in reality was 2 singles joined together with a covering foam (also spongy) mattress. The pillows were of very poor quality.
