SpringHill Suites by Marriott Valencia

We came for 2 days at Magic Mountain, and this hotel was perfect stay. Very spacious rooms, garage, few min drive to the park, present staff.

EV charges are overpriced, 5$ per h at charger that is caped at 5kw/h. Much cheaper to charge at the supercharger

It took me 7 hours to get to the hotel instead of 3. Fatima noticed that I was tired and went out of her way to make me feel welcome upon arrival.

I travel for work a lot and this is by far my favorite Marriott location. The staff is always friendly, and Fatima has gone above beyond to assist me when I’ve messed up my reservations in the past. The outdoor area is beautiful. The bar staff is welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Josie is such an amazing travel agent that helped me with every concern I had!! She had solutions for all my issues that came up and she provided excellent service. I cannot thank Josie enough for all her help!!!

We stayed here over a hockey tournament weekend. The kids are....well, hockey players and there were a lot of them. The staff deserve a huge shout out. We've stayed in a lot of places, including other Marriots, but this crew from the front desk to maintenence, to housekeeping were incredible. To Carlos, Sarah, Vanessa, Ceasar, Carlos, Kylein, Brittany, and everyone that worked any shift over memorial day weekend, you all were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. Thank you for making this trip so comfortable, clean, and for tolerating such a rambunctious crowd. You all deserve a bonus for all the extra you had to do for us. Thank you!
