Callicoon Hills

I only stayed the one night and absolutely loved it. Would love to come back for a longer stay. HOWEVER... if you are considering one of the A-Frames know that they may not be the most mobility friendly. Some did look like they sat down lower but for the one i was in it was a big step up to get in. It is also up a short but steep hill hike in the woods. If you can mange that i think it is well worth it to stay in one but its not going to be for everyone.

Restaurant was out of service due to fall schedule. Our keys didn’t work so had to walk back to the office.

Lovely location in the woods, enjoyed the s'mores round the fire. Would be a great place for a long weekend in the summer. If you go, make sure you drive through the town of Callicoon

The accompanying Canover Club, one of the reasons we booked, had changed to its winter hours and therefore there were no restaurant facilities available.

Unfortunately day we were there restaurant not open for dinner

The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Room was quite small but adequate. Not well lit.

Wonderful service gorgeous rooms the property is gorgeous and immaculatelh maintained
