Callicoon Hills

Just a little unloved. Massive pile of dirty towels at pool. Water buckets in saunas empty. Poor girl at front desk overwhelmed and kind of clueless. Wrong size tops put out for coffee cups so they spilled when picked up. Garbage on floor and empty cups/glasses all over property inside and out. The exit when you come out of the Pool House rooms (end of hallway) is really gross with a filthy old rug. Really beautiful place, maybe understaffed?

Relaxing

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Overpriced, not at all the luxurious resort it was purported to be. Heating of room not great, it was chilly in the room. Front desk staff didn't seem very skilled at their job. Pool not heated.

Pretty grounds with helpful and friendly staff. There is no TV nor mini fridge in rooms. Property was out of stock for most breakfast items.

The restaurant. I had a great dinner.

I stayed in an A Frame cabin. It was very small. Not enough room to walk around the bed. I had to climb in from the foot of the bed. The bath house was a long walk from the cabin. The hike up the hill to the cabin was steep, but well lit at night.

Very nice area comfortable bed

Need a pool heater. Need elevators. Need television in the rooms. There good services are obviously managed poorly as they didn’t have many items listed on the menus. They blamed it on a delivery.

It was very comfortable staying there. Breakfast was good and there is a nice walk across the street to the lake and creek.
