Callicoon Hills

It was a nice place to stay but no tv no fridge no mini coffee maker but the free coffee in the shop was nice, tried checking in a half hour early and wasn’t able to check in until 5 -10 minutes passed the check in time.

Great menu selection. Food was excellent and varied.

I was spending the weekend to visit my daughter at sleepaway camp. The facility was nice but I was under the assumption I would be in the main house not in a cabin up a steep hill which was a little disconcerting since I was traveling alone. The strangest part was the menu which advertised itself as farm to table yet had very few options besides versions of burgers and fried chicken sandwiches. They had run out of several things on the menu before I sat down at 6:30. Real breakfast wasn’t served until 10 am. There was perfectly fine cafe but I overheard that the had run out of several items on the menu as well. Also, I wanted to stay near the town of Calicoon so I could walk around and Calicoon Centre is 15 miles away from Calicoon. I think the resort would be very pleasant for a family not a single parent.

The settings are beautiful! Also, Kimberly was very helpful and polite.

My mistake. We were in the Aframes and although the vista was beautiful, I didn't do enough research and next time we'll stay in the inn itself .

The A frame cabins were super fun and comfortable. Great place! Great people!
