Atmosphere was amazing.

While the room was spacious and more than enough, it was a little musty, and totally understood considering it was an outdoor until. Other than that it was great.

The fire alarm went off at midnight. It was on for at least 20 minutes, and then the fire department came to look into it. The next morning, we noticed a gas/sulphuric smell. We looked for staff, didn’t see anyone at 7.20am, then decided to pack up and leave, even though we had booked another night. We left a voicemail and email about the smell, but did not hear back. We received a text, inviting us to do a late check-out, when we were back home already. When I inquired about the gas smell, I was told they never received our vm or email from the day before. We requested a refund for the second night, but did not receive one. Unresponsive management, after a scary night and morning.

Great hotel. Not fancy but very cute, clean and friendly.
