Hotel Sky Cape Town

Me and my cousin booked the twin rooms for the weekend as a getaway to relax. It was the best experience.

Check-in was easy, room comfortable and spacious. Breakfast very good. Only one small negative was that there were still hair from previous guest on the bathroom floor.

Last minute booking was easy. Location and service were excellent. Staff were friendly. Location was good for Uber.

The overall style was great. Loved the view and the breakfast. Will definitely return and recommend. What was interesting was the room card needs to be used to use the lifts. Cannot put your food or drinks on room account. Need to open a credit limit when check in to use . But this did not bother us . No kettle in room. Coffee is bottomless. Coffee maker is on every floor. Just press button using your coffee mug in room. It was a good and intresting stay at the Hotel Sky

No kettles in rooms, no bar fridges, no shower caps. Not properly cleaned. The croissants at breakfast were amazing

The property location is quite central and easy to get around. The airport is +- 20min drive. Rooms are neat and clean and I had a good nights stay!

I had an incredible 5-day stay in Cape Town, and what truly made it unforgettable was the outstanding service at the hotel. Saadiqa, Charlton, Faizal, and all the other wonderful staff (whose names I didn’t catch) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and completely at home from the moment I arrived. They took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism, always checking in to see how my day was going and whether my itinerary was on track. In just a few short days, they made me feel like family; a rare and special experience I’ll always remember. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself was beautiful. The views alone are worth the stay! Thanks to the amazing team and the stunning setting, my trip to Cape Town wasn’t just enjoyable, it was deeply memorable. I won’t even consider staying anywhere else on future visits. Truly a five-star experience!

Close to V&A Waterfront

Great location and views. Staff at buffet area breakfast needs to cope better with volume of people, had to ask twice for cutlery! Nothing on tables. Tv in room was a constant problem with connection, lifts an issue! So many lifts, but the wait was extremely long with each movement. Needs updating. Self check in screens/system not working on arrival. Would expect better service overall
