"Disappointing"

Bathroom had dirty walls and a broken. Light which did not get fixed when informed staff. Rooms were also freezing cold!!

"It’s quiet, but you’ll have everything you need (and the food is lovely)."

It’s quiet, in lovely grounds and the rooms are of a good size - most have a bath with shower.

Nothing……needs a little maintenance/TLC but other than that it’s fine.
