"great location, disappointing property"

Ideal location, close to the city centre and easy access to parking.

Bed uncomfortable zip locked style, one side very low and the other high. Shower temperature dial broken and made showering irritating due to hot and cold combination constantly. Luxury prices but no luxuries, still all the covid practices in place to strip own bedding etc. Minimalistic property that looks great in pictures but disappointing in reality.

"little bit of luxury in leeds"

the design and feel of the property was very welcoming and it was incredibly spacious.

The sofas weren’t very comfortable and the living room area could definitely be more cosy

Lovely, clean & warm. Perfect location for exploring Leeds. Everything you need is provided.

The smell when we first arrived! Opened windows, closed plug holes and the smell disappeared eventually, but regular airing seems to be needed. Leeds in general, seems to have issue with smelly drains 🙁
