Sonder The Witherspoon

At first it seemed like a great deal. However, upon arrival I was told that they had cancelled my room due to an overbooking. The email cancellation was received only 2 hours prior to check-in. I had to book a more expensive holiday inn miles away from my needed location and the only compensation received (not yet received) was $100 of Bonvoy points. Not worth the struggle.

You can't go past the location with this property. Handy to so much that the city has to offer, or a quick walk to the train if you are going further a field. Rooms are spacious, large kitchen. Easy to check in and check out. Discovered the Club room which had a table tennis table and area to hang out which was a bonus. Washer and dryer is excellent for travellers! Valued being able to stock up on coffee everyday and fresh towels etc were available in reception. Staff were friendly, greeted us warmly every day.

We've stayed here before and we thought being in a higher level room would cut down on the street noise, this was not the case (we were on level 10) You will need to use ear plugs if this noise bothers you (they are supplied). The noise in this property is the one thing that really lets it down (non street facing rooms may be different?) Great kitchen but not well equipped in terms of serving bowls, cooking trays etc. Lighting was poor in the bedrooms, no central light just lamps.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum. W pełni urządzony apartament. Czysto, łatwe zakwaterowanie nawet po godzinach pracy recepcji, darmowa możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.

Samo centrum a w okolicy sporo narkomanów i bezdomnych. Nie czuliśmy się niebezpiecznie jednak nie było to przyjemne

Our booking was cancelled the day before so we didn’t get to stay. Terrible customer service. We ended up having to book another accommodation last minute and ended up paying £500 extra

The customer service team at Sonder couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience. Really unhelpful. Neither the Sonder or Booking team responded ro my emails trying to find out what was happening.

It was very clean and modern. Had everything you might want and very comfortable for 6 people.

We got there and night and the block is sketchy. We were a little nervous. Fine during the day and close to everything in walking distance.

Real good location. Good space in rooms. Washer and dryer in room was clutch. This Sonder has a reception desk, and they were super helpful.

Roku in rooms, but would be good to have the option for some non-streaming tv

Apartment is nice and I loved that they have lockers for free for our luggages

There was only 1 pot in the kitchen. If we stayed longer, I would have liked a better equipped kitchen.

Het appartement zelf was geweldig. Erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is ook top, alles binnen handbereik.

Er is enkel glas en er zijn drukke straten om de hoek waardoor veel geluidaoverlast.
