A really great hotel, I didn’t expect such a large room for what we paid! The room was clean, modern, and had great amenities. We are staying at their sister hotel in Osaka, and now I can’t wait! Location was good too, close to Nishiki market and subway station. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. You really couldn’t do better for the price, I’m still in shock by how nice it was haha :-D!

Spacious room with gorgeous fit out, in a hotel which blends old world Kyoto with modern conveniences. Well located to public transport options to Gion and sites, with a short walk to Nishiki markets. Would gladly stay again

Great hotel, exactly what we were looking for. Convenient to stores and shops, located on a small alley. I slept like a baby despite being somewhat close to a major road. I didn't hear any road noise. Loved coming back to a clean room and a made bed. There is definitely a lot of soul and charm in this hotel.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Staff is almost rude. Incredible unhelpful. Rooms are tiny. Breakfast is inedible. Location is cero friendly. Avoid at all costs.

I love this hotel though I was staying at the 1st floor. The staff is nice, breakfast is good, area around is quite but with different restaurants. There is a elevator at the closer metro station, so that you don’t have to carry the heavy luggage go up and down to the metro station.
