Manitou Springs Resort

There is a restaurant, lots food to choose of. Beds were very comfortable. I like to stay there.

It was nice and quiet beds kinda sucked Pool was great massage was great (make sure you book before you go) restaurants were very meh burger buoy was probably the best option in town The Saskatoon pie was amazing

Such a beautiful little gem. Great for everyone, seniors , families, couples, and friends travelling together. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is great. Food from room service was fantastic. Would definitely visit again if I had the opportunity! Thanks for a great stay :)

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to a nice beach. Mineral pool was relaxing.

I have been going to Manitou Resort for years rooms are becoming dated, use to be free breakfast no longer very busy place customers come from neighbouring provinces to take in the Spa I usually come a couple times a year & enjoy it.

The hotel was severely understaffed. The pool area always feels very dirty. We were told we could not order room service. Overall it was just ok, but would not stay again

The pool is falling apart, the front desk guy had body odor so bad we could hardly stand it, the value for the cost was simply not there.

Shortage of towels was not good. Restaurant closed 2 hours before closing time. Room was ok. Pool needs a lot of maintenance.

We had drinks & a light snack on the the patio after a swim and that was lovely. The portions were generous and service was friendly. We had a massive breakfast in the morning (veggie skillet) and watched the sun rise over the lake. It was delightful. The beds are fantastic.

This was our first experience at this hotel and it will be our last. The rooms are tiny and absolutely filthy. There were stains on the mattress pads which are easily noticed because the sheets don’t fit the mattresses. There were bugs in our bathroom and we weren’t even given enough towels or toilet paper without asking for more. The floor in the bathroom is bubbling up with what I can only assume is water damage and mould. The ceiling in the 3rd floor is bowing and appears like it will collapse at any moment. To top it all off we could hear the activities in the rooms above and beside us which kept us up into the night. This “resort” needs to be tore down and rebuilt, it is not a safe or clean environment for families. It’s a flop house.
