While the property shows some age overall, the rooms have been nicely renovated and were spotless. It’s a great choice for a family trip.

Ideal location for the Hot Springs. Just put on your robe and walk to the pool. Dining in has a beautiful view of the lake. Only downfall is there is no more breakfast included in your stay. Meals are between 20-30 dollars.

We enjoy this hotel for the convenience of the hot springs pool. But the locker room, the hotel need to upgrade. We can lock the restroom doors. The beds are comfortable and clean. Thank you.

I liked that it was right across the road from the lake!

There is a pool inside is good

Upon checking in with front desk attendant, we didn’t understand a word she said.Her accent too strong. Cleanliness around pool area is not well maintained. Also broken tiles around pool. Only allowed 1 bottle of water per person when checking in. I asked at front desk and they said NO. Previous stayers must have set alarm as it woke up at midnight. Next day street cleaners were out in front and tow truck was removing vehicles. There was not enough signage provided and upon checking in they never informed us. Lack of communication between employees. Wheel chair accessibility is not good, curbs instead of being level. Food in all restaurants excellent but service at a snails pace. Employees are not hospitable or courteous. the towel ladies upon entering pool are the only friendly ones.
