Manitou Springs Resort

Rooms are tired and in drastic need of upgrading... Although upgrades were available on checkin, I was unable to because I booked through Expedia. Restaurant was excellent.. Lots of options.. Food excellent.. Proximity to lake was awesome

Piyar at the waters edge restaurant was amazing. He served our family and entertained the kids with magic tricks. They can not wait to come back again to see him. The food was incredible. Great experience, incredible service from everyone and the mineral spa and beach are so relaxing.

The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the $200 deposit. Threw me off guard but everything else is lovely.

Tried to check in well after check in and rooms were not busy, staff were rude about it and said we are busy and you can wait or go home. Pool area is decrepit, the floor around the pool is broken and falling apart, sticks to your feet and you can see it floating in the water because of it in peoples feet. Lifeguard hid in the back and never looked at the water. Ripped towels and linens. This place used to be a nice spa to relax and now it it a dump that’s not maintained. All new staff who are on their phones with earphones in or in the back rooms. Takes forever to get service. The place has become a complete dump. Needs updating and Reno’s to be OHS complaint.

Beautiful place, quiet, relaxing, staff were very friendly, and caring to make your stay perfect. Pool was so relaxing.

Desperate need of repairs and upkeep of property, pool area and change rooms!

The workers are very welcoming and treat us all like family. Everyone is very friendly and always offering a helping hand.
