Great hospitality with warm and friendly service. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. As a Platinum Accor member, I received a one-level room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay — I’d be happy to return again someday.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with more choices than I have ever seen. The room was huge and very well appointed. The sky lounge was lovely with a good selection of drinks and food.

For such a large room the lack of adequate storage space seemed very odd. The bath towels were so small I nearly mistook them for hand towels, a real disappointment for such a nice hotel. As usual in Indonesia, there was no spare toilet roll and the half roll supplied was so insufficient I ended up raiding the tissue box to finish my business.

The breakfast was marvelous.

it stated there's iron in the room when i booked this room but it wasnt true. no iron n ironing board but have to request for it to be sent to the room. plse update such details accordingly.

Very nice room, super clean, spacious and cozy room. Great bed and pillows influence the quality of your sleep. Professional staffs who welcome you with heart.
